Dupont wire is also called Jumper Wire cables. A Dupont wire is an electrical wire, or a group of them in a cable, with a connector or pins at each end. They are low-cost and used to connect hardware such as sensors, Arduino boards, and breadboards together. Individual jump wires are fitted by inserting their “end connectors” into the slots provided in a breadboard, the header connector of a circuit board, or a piece of test equipment.
